Clean & Beautiful

The Clean & Beautiful Committee overall works to improve the appearance of the community’s many buildings, storefronts, parks as well as its walkable streets and alleys.  The Clean & Beautiful Committee works with Baltimore City officials as well as with the other MVBA committees including the Architectural Review, Development, Marketing, Trees & Greening committees to effectively reduce the number of abandoned and/or poorly maintained properties and spaces within the community.

We aim to be an attractive destination to our many visitors annually along with being a positive role model for other communities within Baltimore. Whether it’s participating in city-wide or local community clean-up efforts, adding gorgeously decorated planters, encouraging residents and businesses to properly maintain their buildings, collaborating with Midtown and Downtown Partnership, we strive for a radiant community providing a heightened quality of life for our residents and business owners.  Trash collection is also covered under the Clean & Beautiful Committee.
