Mount Vernon participates in Baltimore City’s Residential Parking Permit (RPP) program. The majority of Mount Vernon is designated as Area 28. If you would like to apply for a permit, please contact the Baltimore City Parking Authority at (443) 573-2800 for more information.  MVBA conducts an annual renewal program beginning in August of each year with permit pickups in September.
